The composition of the Raid is the Raid Leader's decision:
(1) Adjustments to provide good raid make up will be the Raid Leaders decision. These adjustments may or may not include factors such as: time of sign up, gear upgrade potential, adequate gear for the instance, and experience in the instance. (2) The Raid Leader shall attempt, to the best of their ability, to provide opportunities to all guildies.
Invites to Raids posted on the Guild Calendar as Guild Events, will follow the below guidelines, as much as possible:
(1) Invites will be sent to guildies that have signed up for the event on the website. (2) Invites will then be offered to toons signed up on the website, but not part of the guild. AKA if you want to go, SIGN UP!! (3) Invites will be extended in Guild Chat. (4) If the raid has still not filled offers will be extended to friends lists, guild alliance members AKA Lost Soulz, and other players known to our guild members.
**NOTE** For those of you who have never done invites to a raid, it is a nerve wracking experience. The Raid Leader is generally besieged with tells, is trying to figure out who is going, and what classes he needs, in addition to remembering to repair, get pots, and other goodies for his toon. If you sign up and have not heard from the leader, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE whisper them! Especially if you signed up close to raid time. The leader may have checked an hour before he logged in and not checked since. The raid leader should make every attempt to make sure that he lets you know if he needs you or not, but sometimes unfortunately, it gets forgotten. In this case, it doesn't hurt to be the "squeaky" wheel, be proactive.
For the purpose of the above section, Guildies are defined as: The character name appears on the Ter Novo roster. IE... Marrodd has an alt named Chucklebutt who is not guilded. Chucklebutt will not be given preference for guild events and is not considered a guildie.
