Who We Are
Ter Novo strives to be a friendly, family oriented guild. We are a "guild that raids" rather than a "raiding guild". The difference is small but significant. Raiding is something that a lot of our members are interested in, but it is not the guild's focus. We don't limit our recruiting to only those who will help our raids, or only people who are level 70. We don't make anybody do anything except follow our few, simple rules. Want to raid? Great. Don't want to raid? That's fine too. We'll still invite you, but nobody will take it personally if you choose to do your own thing.

Who We Want
Quality people > quality players. It doesn't get simpler than that. If you are a good person, you can find a home here. We can always help someone become a better player. Good people are what makes a guild fun, not good players. The best tank in the world isn't welcome here if he?s a jerk. 'Nuff said.

Our Rules
1) Keep guild chat clean. No swearing in guild chat. There are a few kids that either play the game or watch their parents play. While raid chat and Ventrilo are not guild chat, we try not to get too mouthy on those either. This is *somewhat* relaxed in the later hours.
2) Don't use guild chat as a WTB/WTS channel. That is, don't spam guild chat with your wares. Occasional = okay. Constant = not okay.
3) Be respectful of your guildies AND your non-guildies. We're all tempted to mouth off at some moron in Ironforge from time to time, but always remember that you wear the "Ter Novo" tag above your head, and your actions reflect on the guild as a whole. Do not bring shame upon thy guild.

That's it. Pretty simple stuff.

Selling to guildies? We used to have a rule that said "Don't do it, period". That rule no longer exists. We realized that there are some items out there that you would LOVE to be able to give to a worthy guildy, but you could also get hundreds of gold on the auction house for them. To sidestep any dilemma, we now allow sales to guildies.

I've changed the color scheme on the site after several people told me they were having a hard time reading it. Please refresh the website if it looks off. It should now be a greyish blue scheme all the way around, with no background image.

WELCOME

This is the new (test) Ter Novo DKP website. Please poke around, see what you like, what you don't and feel free to send Jayne an email at jaynekobb at how-i-roll.com

If you're registering for the first time, be sure to check your email for the authentication email. You will not be able to log in until you've verified your identity.

Once you have registered and validated your identity, you may then begin creating your characters. I have already imported our roster into the database, so it should be very simple. Please click on the Create a Character link in the upper left corner. Once you've done that, your request to associate your characters with your account will be sent to the admins.

Also, once you've registered, please go download the DKP Profiler mod and install it on your computer. This will allow you to upload your character's information (think armory, but more detailed) to the website.

You can get DKP Profiler from This Site

If you install and configure the DKP Profiler and cannot get it to upload all of your character data, please run the command /dkpp in WOW... it will display the version info, but behind the scenes it should force it to grab the latest data of your gear.
